Hi guys
I bought the miku max super 1 year ago and have done 1700 km on it.. suddenly after turning it on fully charged it will only go max 41 km/h?? In all the speed settings!? I have tried holding the left break lever when turning the bike on and then turn the gas throttle 5 times. But no luck.. I also tried to disconnect the batteries for 30+ seconds.. the fuse box is ok aswell.. it seems like the bike is in limp mode of some sort.. I have no erros in the display.. what could this be??
Pls let me know
Thanks

Hello,
there are two bikes, one is named Miku Max and has a V max of about 45 km/h.
The other is named Miku Super and has a V max of about 80 km/h.
If the Miku Super suddenly drives only 41 km/h is one of the two batteries or controllers defective or contactless.................

Please check both controllers:
Turn on the bike
Turn off the first fuse, then the second one, so everything is turned off (display black,...).
Now:
Check the first fuse, try out your v-max and switch it off again (everything off!)
Check the second fuse as above (vmax,...).
Now turn on both of them.
With this procedure you can check each battery / controller.
So if both controller are working and both fuses are "on", check the v-max again. If it`s below 80km/h it`s a software failure.
