Hello
I discovered your forum yesterday and today I ran out.
This morning I normally share (fully charged battery and full).
At my first stop (I deliver the newspaper) no way to start, no juice.
I then put my second full battery and also I have some electricity (the front and rear lights and horn work) but no gas in the handle as if the engine was dead.
The decontrol seeing red green yellow battery lights.
Are you aware of this type of failure?
What can this be?
Thank you very much
;)

Salut,

quand la lumière est allumée, le convertisseur DC-DC est ok.
Avez-vous un multimètre?
Les fusibles correctement et activés?
Si la béquille latérale est déplacée vers le bas, le feu stop s'allume?

Hi,

if your lights are still functional, the dc-dc-converter is in operation, but the main power lines are interrupted for some reason.
Did you check the fuses or some circuit breakers? Do you own a voltage meter?
The switch in the lateral upright may be out of order too. Pull the lateral upright and check if the brake light is shining.

Greetings
Dirk

Thank you very much for your help.
I do not own voltage meter.
When the crutch is down there is oas contact and no brake light.
If it was the fuse that is defective I should not have power at all?

What is bizard is that it is stopped abruptly ...

Best regards.

the dc-dc-converter is it ?

the lights work

I tried it with a new fuse, it's the same thing.

This battery is almost new.

Is it the engine?
Is the throttle?
In your opinion

Thank you very much ...

Kann jemand aus dem Unterforum, der sich mit dem Mach1 besser auskennt, ihm helfen?
Licht geht (offensichtlich der dc-dc ok), aber der Motor bewegt sich nicht ...

It's obviously not the dc-dc-converter.
Without a multimeter it's hard to find the error. Buy one - it's not that expensive.
I'm not familiar with the Mach1. If it is equipped like a full sized scooters, trouble-shooting might be the same. Most scooters have a throttle which is supplied with +5V and depending on the angle it outputs a voltage from 0...5V to the controller. Check that (use your multimeter in voltage mode).
Check the lines and connectors from battery to controller that there is no interruption (use your multimeter in voltage mode).
Deactivate the fuse. Disconnect the three engine phases. Check the resistance with your multimeter from one engine phase to an other (use your multimeter in resistance mode). There should be no short-circuit (0 ohm) or no infinite resistance (kiloohms or more). Repeat with all phases.
If you are not familiar with electricity, better ask a specialist to assist you.

Greetings

Hello there
After testing with a multimeter
- With the battery that was in place during the failure, 3 of 4 batteries died (voltage = 0) and the fuse is blown
- With other battery 4 have the correct voltage (+ - 13), the fuse is ok

I have not yet figured out how to test the "Steuereinheit" but I ordered a new and 4xCSB battery.

Good day to you.
