Hallo Zusammen,
Ich habe eine gefühlte unaufhörliche Odyssee mit meinen Akkus. Erst geht der erste Akku in die Knie, einzelnen Zellen defekt, dann eingeschickt. Vollständige neuer Aufbau für die Zellen. Dann der zweite Akku mit einem defekten BMS. Ebenfalls eingesendet und reparieren lassen. Jetzt kommt der erste Akku wieder mit einem BMS Fehler. Ich hab sowas von keine Lust mehr:-(
Hat jemand eine Ahnung wie man den Batterie Container öffnet und an das BMS kommt? Bin stark am überlegen, dass BMS selber zu reparieren/erneuern. Stelle ich mir eigentlich nicht so schwer vor. Was mich dieser Roller schon nerven gekostet hat, ist unfassbar. Danke schon einmal für euren Support. Grüße

Vergiss es das BMS kann man nur komplett ersetzen

Sorry falls ich das nicht richtig kommuniziert habe. Ich habe schon vor ein neues BMS zu bestellen und dieses eins zu eins auszutauschen aber ich muss ja die Batterie bzw das Gehäuse dafür öffnen und das erscheint mir nicht so einfach.

Genau ich habe einen MQI GT 70. Der Preis bei Aliexpress sieht ja top aus. Danke für den Link.
Hat mir jemand noch einen Tipp zum Öffnen des Gehäuse?

Beim extenden range musste ich die Folie am Deckel abziehen und darunter Schrauben öffnen. Wenn alle Schrauben offen sind geht's ohne viel Kraft

Hello, I have recently opened mine due to similar issues, well, an apparent BMS failure after an over discharge. I haven't finished repairing mine / putting it back together. To open it, I used a hair dryer at the corners with a thin dull blade to get under the sticker including under the adhesive part and then peeled the corners back. There are 2 screws on each corner, peel the top label back a little bit until you see the two screws on each corner. If you do it carefully, the sticker can be reused but will still look bad after you are done. Then the top cover will come off. To remove the whole battery from the case, there is also a sticker on the bottom. Remove the whole sticker in the middle sticker on the bottom with the lighting bolt symbol. There is around 5-6 screws on that. That holds the bottom of the battery case to a plate on the bottom of the battery pack inside. Then remove the handle screws, those go into the side of the battery so it doesn't move. I broke the safety pins in the handle using a needle nose pliers by prying it around. A strong screwdriver also worked. The main inside battery pack will pull up. You may turn it upside down and gently drop it, I'd put some cardboard or something soft so the BMS isn't further damaged. Once you are inside and have the battery removed you can remove the thin plastic cover that is attached over the top of the battery that protects the BMS using a similar manner with heat if you want it to look better. There is black cable that is easy to remove so that thin black flexible cover can be fully removed. Then it will require a solder tool to remove all the solder for the 13 terminals that go to the battery cells. There are also screws that attach the BMS to the top of the battery cells. It should come off then. I just found this forum and am English speaking so have been translating everything, though my comment is in English, of course.

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für eure Rückmeldung und vorallem die detaillierte Anleitung zum Öffnen. Ich habe den Akku dann problemlos aufbekommen. Natürlich ist das Ergebnis nun nicht so einfach wie ich gehofft hatte. Die stecker sind verlötet und verklebt als nichts mit plug an play:-)
Ich bin technisch auch recht schwach bei Akkus/BMS aber kann es nicht sein, dass das BMS "hängen" geblieben ist und man durch das trennen vom Strom eine Art reset hinbekommen könnte? Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen? Danke für eure Unterstützung und viele Grüße.

Ne da ist nichts abgefackelt. Das scheiß Ding piepst einfach nur munter vor sich hin und nervt mich hart damit.
