Please post a picture of what type of connector you use, type name, bike integration, mount, wiring, etc.
Just saying "I use another plug" is as precise and as helpful as "my windows does not run".

There is a type of AC power connector for stage use that is pretty ideal because both socket and plug are shielded contacts.

They can also be found in a water-protected socket type with a rubber cover cap.

With these powercon connectors you can go up to 20A current. Which might be enough for many use cases.

But I've choosen these SP28 waterproof aviation connectors (3-pin version), because I'm using up to 40A charging current.
