What are the BMS numbers of your batteries please, I can see by the number what types you have?
There are 3 types of these blue ones currently available.
-The old EVE ones, they will break in hot weather or if you are unlucky (1 cellblock will be bye-bye)
-The newer FE523 ones, they are fine
-The new FE811 ones, they are also fine
You cannot combine these 3, and for some versions you also need a BCS update if you have a NIU from <2022.

Used battery (malfunctioning):

New battery (working):
Battery model: 1710|SR18/659-26
BNAHCY2B81250584

So no difference here. The Niu was purchased new in April, 2024.

No the BMS number, it is on the little sticker with the barcode.
If I remember correctly if it start with BNA9PY it is the EVE one, BNAHCY is the FE523 and BNA2CY is the FE811 version.

Es gibt mitten mittlerweile auch mehr Hardware für so einen Umbau. Insbesondere für das Problem des random Ladevorgangs

Wenn ich einen zweiten Akku hab probier ich das auch mal aus

Edit: Der aliexpress funktioniert seit heute nicht in meine Region , hätte ca. 25 Euro gekostet.
Von escootparts gibts aber (versteckt) das augenscheinlich exakt gleiche Kabel für 40 Euro aus der EU. Hab leider keinen günstigeren gefunden
