This is really getting a farce. Once I connect the controller (original lingbo 60122) the software shows the max rpm and the design rpm. I am able to change the important parameters (high speed percentage 130,moto design rpm 1890, flux max peak current 30, switch of speed limit) and upload them to the controller. But nothing changes!!! I have the feeling that the mid speed percentage which I can not put higher than 100 determines the speed because I am slower than before. @Nickster please show me your parameters.

I have met two cases that "Tromox Mino B" can ride faster, but there is no such case with "Tromox Mino".

Maybe they have different firmwares? Maybe you need once again disconnect VCU?


Middle-Speed Percent and Low-Speed Percent calculated from final High-Speed, so they can't be higher 100%.
High-Speed = 46km/h * 110% = 50.6km/h,
Middle-Speed = 50.6km/h * 60% = 30.4km/h.

It looks like "Tromox Mino B" can be without VCU. In that case it has different dashboard: MS01DQ-08100000-0300 (Export, No VCU version). "Tromox Mino" dashboard part number MS01DQ-08010000-0100 (Export version). I suspect "Tromox Mino B" dashboard is the master device for RS485 bus, in place of VCU.

Rear tire 90/80-12, so maximum possible speed for "Tromox Mino B" 58km/h*449mm/410mm=63.5km/h.

Do you see any chance to connect to the VCU via bluetooth? If we find out the PIN maybe the App will allow to changed some parameters. If you look into it there are some parameters which are not accessible without coupling.

I've already connected via bluetooth. The application has no useful options, mostly informational functions.

What was the PIN?

I don't remember, it was a long time ago. Now I don't have a VCU, an autonomous CT-22 speedometer and an LBMC072122SHK3AP-M29 controller (LBC100.029D) are installed.

I have not been able to login lately, therefore the late response!

I used the parameters from vlad_vy, which I also mentioned in the earlier post, nothing else.

The speed is what the speedometer is showing.

I am currently changing the chain drive to a custom belt drive, and have not decided about the gear ratio, but this could also change the final speed. I am just not sure my speedometer will show the right speed afterwards, as I suspect it looks at the motor revolutions!

@Nickster: Do you have a "Tromox Mino B" with or without VCU?
