Guten Morgen,
das wurde heute in der Facebook Gruppe Alrendo gepostet. Ich weiß leider nicht wer von uns die erste Serie von Alrendo hat?vorenthalten will ich es trotzdem nicht, da ja sogar gewarnt wird weiterzufahren.

Important notice regarding your Alrendo motorcycle
Dear Alrendo rider
I would like to inform you of a possible serious technical defect on your motorcycle. It has recently become apparent that at one of our Alrendo owners in the BeNeLux the steering column clamping block has come loose due to the breakage of one or more of the fixing screws. This can prevent the motorcycle from becoming uncontrollable because the handlebars are only attached to the Upper Clamp with 1 bolt.
Electric Motorbikes immediately contacted Alrendo Europe and I was told that the aforementioned has already happened once before with an Alrendo TS Bravo driving in France with 35,000 km on the clock. This was completely unknown to me until now.
I believe this calls for an investigation of any Alrendo TS Bravo and may be a manufacturing defect. The bolt may have been overtightened during assembly and was forced.
In addition to informing you as a driver, I will be contacting other suppliers of the Alrendo TS Bravo in Europe as well as Alrendo Europe and Alrendo China (Wuxi Tonma Electric Vehicle Co.Ltd). According to Alrendo Europa, it would only be about the motorcycles from the first series, but what that first series is exactly is unknown to me at the moment.
Because I cannot oversee what this defect means for the other Alrendo TS Bravos supplied by Electric Motorbikes, I want to send you this warning anyway. Together with other experts, I hope to have clarity about the impact of this as soon as possible. Until then, I advise you to travel safely and perhaps not use your Alrendo TS Bravo until further notice.
At the moment, despite several reminders, we do not yet have a usable owners manual and a technical manual. As a result, we do not know, for example, what the exact tightening torques are and we cannot yet communicate them to you.
We will of course keep you informed of the research and further developments.
