Ich habe soeben folgende email an support@silence.eco geschrieben:
Dear Silence team,
I have just received the attached email.
Is this mail truly coming from you, or should I regard it as a fake email?
I have certain doubts about the authenticity of this email, because:
- the email comes from a server that might not be associated with your company (bf04.eu1.hubspotemail.net)
- there is no contact address for questions
- there are links at the bottom to a server I do not know
- the "my silence" app in its current version (Android, 2.5.0, 1.12.2023) does not offer yet a menu "Meine Abos/My abos"
- and in the background of this missing feature in the app, you announce that we users already have to pay from next week on?
In case this email is no fake, could you please explain the following:
- Do I really have to pay starting Dec. 13?
- You talk about a gratis time. How long ist this gratis time? Where can I read about this in my purchase contract?
- You write "Sollte der Zeitraum deiner kostenfreien Nutzung über dieses Datum herausgehen, weil du sie erst später aktiviert hast, mach dir keine Gedanken. Du kannst alle Funktionen bis zum Moment des Ablaufs dieser Frist gratis nutzen."
Please tell me when I have aktivated the feature, and how long my gratis time lasts.
If this is no fake, I can ensure you that am not amused about the way you communicate this. I will thoroughly consider whether I will really book this abo. To switch to a fee model and to announce this less than a week in advance is a no-go. And this in combination with such an unprofessional email annoncement (see the points enumerated above). If this is true and this is the way you act, I cannot recommend any more to others to buy a Silence scooter.
