Ich habe mich heute Nachmittag nochmal hingesetzt, habe alle vorhandenen Treiber gelöscht, dann die "11111111.exe"-Treiber installiert und bin die Anleitung durchgegangen. Ich habe mit dem "orangenen" Stick (direkt von SiA über AliExpress) angefangen und nach dem dritten oder vierten Versuch wurden nach dem Schritt 15 der Anleitung die Werte angezeigt und der "success_count" zählte hoch
Ich konnte es kaum glauben, habe meine originalen Werte zuerst exportiert und dann gleich die PPZ auf 29 angepasst. ENDLICH !!!!!!!
Nachdem das erledigt und "safe" war habe ich die Software beendet, den Stick aus- und eingesteckt und neu gestartet - der Stick funktioniert jetzt auf Anhieb
Der "pinke" Stick (von Amazon-Händler "Evergoes") ließ sich gleich auf Anhieb beim ersten Versuch nach Anleitung reparieren und der "grüne" Stick (von "DUN E-Bike Store") brauchte wieder 3-4 Versuche bis es klappte. Das einzige, was ich diesmal bewusst anders gemacht habe ist, dass ich zwischen den drei Klicks in Schritt 11 jeweils ca. 10-15 Sekunden Zeit vergehen lassen habe. Vielleicht war's das - oder die "11111111"-Treiber - war's vielleicht der neue Roller (MY23) - oder hatte ich bislang einfach immer nur Pech bei den Reparatur-Versuchen
Ich hätte ja nie gedacht, dass dieser Tag kommen würde - aber: Ich habe jetzt als zwei "reparierte" und definitiv funktionierende Sticks übrig
Wenn jemand einen haben möchte, würde ich ihn zum Selbstkostenpreis abgeben. Bitte um PN in dem Fall

I tried again by waiting between clicks as you did but still nothing... however I discovered something interesting by reading a Votol manual, here is the slide.
I tried this with my Scooter by listening to the serial communication and actually staying on the DISPLAY page and changing the Baud, Auto_Baud and speed parameters sends a different command to the key. does the DISPLAY page work for you?

Lorenzo, you have my mail address. May you sent me the all pictures in this thread you uploaded @ibb.co? I'd like to have them in the forum's database 'cause external links often break after months or years. There's no need to upload them to any picture hoster.
Esp. the last picture should have a better resolution.
At a first view it's interesting that they do not recommend to activate Auto_B settings, which is IMO essential for a working stick.
edit: Look at step 2: "~" followed by <SHIFT> (!) opens the secret menu without the need to switch to the ENG keyboard setting.!
Mit dieser Tastenfolge benötigt man den Umweg über die englische Tastatur nicht mehr!
Gratulation an SpeedCore für die Heilung der Sticks. Lorenzo hätte bestimmt auch gern einen...

In the slide it says "observing the value, when it's rised" but in my case that value has never changed during the process of reviving the sticks. Only when everything was done and I was reconnecting with the revived stick the value counted up. Maybe there's something happening in the background but that probably won't reflect in the "success_count" if you use "Auto_B" so you have to wait that time until you continue..? Just a thought...
If you happen to be in Trentino Alto Adige anytime soon, we could take a look at it together. My wife's family lives there and I'm there quite regularly. Another option would be for you to send me your stick and I will try to revive it.

does the DISPLAY page work for you?
If you're talking about seeing real-time data on the "DISPLAY" page, that doesn't work for me.

Try unchecking
the CAN checkbox near the communication speed on PAGE1, then reset the speed to 115k before connecting the scooter. Then change to DISPLAY. Success counter should rise rapidly and live data will appear. With CAN checked, I have no life data, too.

That worked. I see real-time data with unchecked CAN option
