Ah, got it now. But: It makes no sense to couple different batterys together to gain 48 volts - why ever? As far as I know, the BT250 uses three Pb cells in series for nominal 36 volts and you have to change a lot of parts to use 48 volts. The smallest battery in the chain determines the usable capacity and range and is in danger to be damaged by the others. In my opinion, you have to install almost three almost identical batterys. The only variation you have is the capacity. Maybe you can switch to Lithium - with a lot of further probs to solve.

Car batteries are generally not suitable. They are made for short starts, not for continuous charging and discharging.

Meine BT-250 Rolektro will nichtmehr. Ich habe alle meine Stecker ausgesteckt und die Beschriftung ist leider abgegangen. Leider finde ich nirgends wo was hingehört. Hat jemand bitte ein Bilder vom Controller und den Stecker? Was wohin kommt?

Im Schaltplan sind die Farben der Kabel angegeben, damit müsstest du die Zuordnung herausfinden.

ich bekomme leider mit Schaltplan und mit dem Controller es nicht hin. Könnten sie mir bitte die Stecker Farben die an den Controller gesteckt werden zuordnen bitte?
