Ja, per Email. Wenn die was auf sich halten sollte auch da zeitnahe antworkt kommen, mal schauen. Frage aber gern per Soical media nach. Hier der Kern meines Email Textes:

Danke davidflorian, keine zusätzliche social Media Kommunikation mehr nötig, Email-Antwort kam eben:

1. We plan to have dealers in Germany within 2022. We can’t confirm an exact date or locations, but we should have more information during the first quarter of next year.
2. We currently offer an excellent J-Juan CBS brake system with the RAY 7.7 package. We do not discount the possibility of adding ABS in the future.
3. The RAY 7.7 does not offer a battery heating system. You are right that at the extreme cold temperatures you mention, you would need to heat the battery before being able to charge it. Normal usage of the bike would heat the pack enough to be able to start the charging.

Wenn nach der Fahrt geladen wird, ist tatsächlich keine Heizung nötig.

Dass CBS, zumindest bei der Silence, auch bei Gefahrenbremsungen sehr gut funktioniert, weiß ich seit dem letzten Fahrsicherheitstraining. Natürlich ist ABS noch besser, aber der Bremsweg zumindest bei 50km/h auf feuchter und trockener Fahrbahn ungefähr gleich. Bei schnellerer Geschwindigkeit hilft nur die richtige schnelle Reaktion und viel Glück zum Überleben.

Immerhin ist wenigstens langfristig die Expansion nach D geplant. Wenn auch ohne die hier sehr wohl, jedoch in Spanien nicht gebrauchte Wintertauglichkeit...
Geht also langsam endlich los, dass auch im Ü-45er-Bereich mehr Leben ins E-Rollersegment kommt.

Korrekt! L3e-A1 mit voller Klassenbezeichnung.

So, eine Probefahrt von MotoFuzzi ist mit Ray angestoßen, doch muss sich der betreffende Händler erst noch ein bisschen einarbeiten, und Ray muss die dortige 7.7 erst noch online aktivieren.

Doch wann das mal läuft sollte Motofuzzi eine Testmöglichkeit samt deutschsprachigem Video-Review erhalten

Und in 3s ist er auf 50 (Tacho 52-53), also fast so schnell wie der BMW. Sehr flottes Teil, dieser Ray!
