Die H4 Funzel braucht 55W. Reicht es nicht, die in LED zu wandeln? Dann gibt es doch etwas "Luft zum Atmen" für den DC/DC Wandler.

Zurück zum Thema. Hier sind die Fehlerereignisse aus dem BMS Ereignislog, und mein Mopped habe ich nicht von Sommer- auf Normalzeit umgestellt,und das Datum ist Amerikanisch MM/DD/JJJJ:

Der Chassis Isolation Danger Event (wird bei <1000 Ohm abgefeuert) ist durch das Raster der Loggfunktion gefallen, war also nur ganz kurz aktiv.

Habe dann das Log von vorne durchgesucht, und ein erstes Mal tauchte das schon im September letzten Jahres auf, direkt nach dem Start:

Das ABS scheint der Hauptstromfresser zu sein, denn erst mit dessen Einführung in 2015 wurde auf den 500W 72V DC/DC von Sevcon umgestellt.

Das Unofficial Zero Manual ist übrigens Dein Freund bei solchen Fragen wie DC/DC-Wandler Zugang.

Zu den hier im Thread thematisierten Isolationsfehlern gibt es dort auch eine umfangreiche Seite, die hier mal verlinke. Das muss ich jetzt erst mal selber studieren, bevor ich zu falschen Schlüssen komme:

Hmm, vielleicht ist es auch nur ein Feuchtproblem im Zusatzlade-Stecker überm Motor. Wo ich dank dem Verbau des Seitenkoffersträgers kaum mehr hinkomme - einfach nur LÄSTIG

Die Schutzkappe war solide auf dem Zusatzladestecker drauf. Trotzdem glänzte der braune Anderson mehr, als ich dem trockenen Kunststoff allein zutraue. Daher gab es erst mal eine geballte Ladung WD40 dort rein, um eventuelle Feuchtigkeit zu unterwandern und eventuellen Dreck rauszuspülen. Nach einer gewissen Trocknung kam noch eine Ladung vom LiquiMoly Electronic Spray rein, der mit folgender Beschreibung genau auf den Kern des potentiellen Problems zielt:
"Reinigt Kontakte, sichert Kontaktschluss, schützt vor Feuchtigkeit und verhindert Kriechströme"

Bin gespannt wie ein Flitzebogen, ob das dem Spuk schon ein Ende setzt. Habe ja meine Restreichweiteanzeige auf die Faults umgestellt und muss da dann regelmäßig draufschauen beim Fahren, ob die 0020 oder 0028 wieder aufpoppen. Erst die Iso-Gefahr 0029 startet ja die unübersehbare Lichtshow mit blinkender grüner GO Leuchte und dem blinkenden roten Warndreieck.

Ich werde berichten.

Habe jetzt das älteste BMS Log mit der ZF7.2 Batterie geprüft, und der erste Isolationsfeherleintrag dort war schon am 20.12.2020!

Ist wohl schlicht normal mit dieser Batterie, bzw. meiner Zero

Für solche Geschichten kann ich wet protect empfehlen, gibt meiner Meinung nichts besseres.

Danke Frank, habe jetzt nach Vergleich der Spezifikationen die Variante "WET.PROTECT e.nautic, 50 ml" bestellt!

Jep. Das wet.protect hab ich auch in Verwendung für mein Wintergespann. Da da noch nie Probleme an den behandelten Stellen auftraten, geh ich von einer Wirkung aus. . .

Ich denke der DC/DC Wandlertausch ist eine gute Option, schlechter kann es nicht werden. Bei der Gelegenheit alle Stecker mit WET.PROTECT e.nautic behandeln und endlich wieder *nur* fahren.
