Hier tut sich auch nichts. Ist ja auch nur eine extra bezahlte Funktion...
Stimmt, ist bei mir auch der Fall. Hatte ja vorhin geschrieben, dass nach dem abklemmen das Signal kam, habe es aber nicht damit zusammen gebracht. Jetzt ist es wieder weg, Akkus sind wieder angeschlossen. Nervt.MTB hat geschrieben: So 4. Mai 2025, 19:26 Das GSM Signal kommt nach ca. 10-20 Minuten nachdem alle Hauptakkus vom Roller getrennt wurden. Die Standortortung ist ab diesem Zeitpunkt wieder aktuell. Sobald die Hauptakkus wieder angeschlossen werden verliert der Roller die Verbindung, das GSM Symbol ist ausgegraut, eine Ortung ist nicht möglich.
Was genau hat er denn geschrieben? Weil er mir nochmal explizit eine Follow-Up-Nachricht geschrieben hatte, dass es kein generelles Problem sei und mir nur ein Händler weiterhelfen kann.Rufter hat geschrieben: Di 6. The issue is NOT on my side. Because many other people have exactly the issue with the GSM connection at the same time.
Can you understand that?
Or are you an bot?
I described that issue so many times.
Please check on your side the gsm / 4G provider or the server.
Reset doesn’t work or the dealer cannot do anything. The dealer say that I have to contact the Segway support.

The reset procedure I done multiple times on several days I wrote before. It's not a fault with the eMoped and it's components. It's a problem on your end or GSM provider in germany.
So please don't answer me that I have to reset the eMoped or contact my dealer for repair.
PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR SIDE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE GSM PROVIDER OR YOUR SERVER.
OR CREATE AN INTERNAL TICKET OR CONTACT THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT.

Please remove the battery and wait for 30s-1min, then put the battery back into the E-bike. We'd recommend you to ride in an area with good signals for a while, to check if it connects well
