Hello all,

My friend is having an issue with his Tromox, last week when he finished work, he got on the bike, and the P light was stuck on no matter what he has done. I have checked all the connection, used contact cleaner on the ones that looked a bit dirty, unplugged the side stand and tried to turn it on, cleaned the side stand switch but nothing is working. Has anyone got any ideas on what it could be. The app barely works but it says there is no errors, and also can't do OTA upgrades as it says bluetooth is not connected, there is no battery info, all it can do is start the bike. I have tried starting the bike from the phone to eliminate the battery issue as the key was nowhere nearby and it still didn't work. Thank you in advance for your time and sorry about not being German but this is the only forum I have really found that has info on Tromox bikes

You could check the two brake lever switches. Do they enable/disable the stop light, or does the stop light glow permanent (and block the drive)

Maybe, the vehicle needs a propper "battery OK" information to switch from parking mode to ready mode.

Do You have the permanent P-/parking-mode on the display, or does it change to READY by using start button/ side stand?

Possible reasons for a disabled motor:

- side stand swich in position parking (no longer fixed to the side stand)

- one of the brake switches (L or R) stays in position brake -> brake light on , when no finger is touching a brake lever any more
typical problem, that appears and disapears

- battery low

- throttle signal low/idle or missing connection

The side stand works, I've tried it, but nothing shows on the screen, when I press the start button it doesn't show ready, the brake lights work and I have no idea what could be the cause.Did something happen? I've had it for 2 years and 7000km and since new it didn't say clock on the screen but now it does and it moves by minutes but it doesn't show correctly. Please help.
