E-Kuma original registration document

Hello,
I have an E-Kuma Sun 3kW that I am trying to register in the UK. I have an EU CoC but the authorities here require a confirmation of first registration or an original date of manufacturer certificate. I have spoken with Golden Lion in China and they sent me a letter but it was rejected because it wasn't original.
Can anyone help me?
