Hello ich hab das Problem das wenn ich das Bike starte alles normal hochfährt wenn ich dann Gang einlege auch noch ok aber beim Gasgeben kommt dann am Display dieses (M) und es tut sich nix - wenn ich Sie dann ein paar Tage stehen lasse funktionierts manchmal und ich kann so ca 500 - 1000 m fahren dann wieder dieser Fehler und "heimschieben" - hatte schon wer das bzw gibts eine Empfehlung welches Gerät ich preiswert kaufen könnte um diese Fehler auszulesen?

Ich tippe auf ein defektes Gaspedal (Throttle), oder der Verkabelung dahin.
Hatte hier nicht schon einmal ein E-Odin 3.0 Nutzer das gleiche Problem?

eine zweite Fehlermöglichkeit, bei der der Controller die Motorstörung (M) melden würde, wäre ein Kontakt-oder Teile-Defekt bei einem Motor-Hallsensor oder an der Decoder-Platine. Auch da wäre es möglich, dass der Fehler erst festgestellt wird, wenn das Rad losdrehen soll, die Rückmeldung der Sensorik aber nicht zur Bewegung passt (weil z. B. eins der Sensorsignale fehlt).

Das Display der E ODIN hat - glaube ich - noch die andere Anzeige mit dem Ausrufezeichen im Kreis (in KLammern), wenn durch Betätigung der Bremse abgeschaltet ist. Welche der beiden Warnmeldungen darauf reagiert, wenn der Seitenständer ausgeklappt wird, wisst Ihr besser als ich. Evtl ist es auch das Motor-Sympol mit dem (M), oder es wird nur die Fahrstufe/der Gang verhindert.

Meine Odin2 hat seit 2 Tagen dasselbe Problem. Sporadisch während der Fahrt kommt das Symbol und der Motor stirbt ab. Dann muss ich anhalten (rpm = 0), einmal die Bremse ziehen, und das Symbol geht wieder weg und ich kann weiterfahren.
Hat jamend eine Idee oder dieses Problem schon mal beobachtet oder gar gelöst?

Hi überprüft den Ständer Sensot mal wenn der Spint kann es zu ausfällen kommen während der Fahrt. Da er ohne weiter signal rausgibt die unplausibel sind. Dazu Prüft die Kabel von den Hallsensoren hinter dem Lagerschild glich die scheuern da mal gern druch.

Like I think the OP has, I believe you are also now suffering this .... viewtopic.php?t=42707 ...

SYMPTOMS;
1) You can pull away gently, maybe to maximum in '1', but as you grow the torque, it shuts off.
2) If you very gently accelerate up to high speed, you can achieve full power, but if you hold full power up a hill, it will shut off at some point as it slows down.
3) The 'motor' error shows, but extinguishes itself within a second once you come to dead stop, and can ride off again.
4) Rear wheel goes 'zing zing' as you spin it by hand (remove caliper to make sure it is not brake pads)

CAUSE
1) Humidity accumulates behind the flat magnets partially glued on to curved rim
2) rust forms
3) rust swells and pushes magnets into air gap
4) magnets rub on stator
5) magnets get hot
6) magnets demagnetise, maybe even reverse polarity due to applied fields
7) then, when the accelerating fields are high, the magnets are easily 'overpowered' and the hall sensor cannot see a magnetic field from the magnets, thus no signal

FIX
1) remove all magnets, because if some are rusty they probably all are.
2) salvage the good magnets, replace the bad ones
3) ensure the magnets are glued back on to rim FULLY AND WITH NO AIR GAPS BEHIND THEM


I can only say again that from my work inspecting and repairing my own motor, this failure is INEVITABLE. It seems, mine was the first, and I was interested (and engineering-capable) to repair it.

Honestly, I don't advise anyone to do what I did. I mean, I am happy I repaired it, but it felt a bit of a waste of time.

A replacement motor rim might well fail in exactly the same way, if they have partially glued magnets into the new rim.

HOW TO ENSURE CONCLUSIVE DIAGNOSTIC:
1) remove motor stator from rim.
2) inspect magnets. If one or more have 'triangles' (one end of the magnets lift and interacts with the stator) then it is 'that'.

AFAIK the 3.0 has a different magnet arrangement (possibly to fix this issue?).
