I’ve been following the forum for a long time. I’d like to thank everyone who contributed with their valuable posts. I’d also like to share the modifications I’ve made to my bike, which I bought a year ago, whenever I get the chance. Greetings from Ankara, Turkey!

​The side pannier was bothering me in city traffic because it was too large. It usually only holds a 3-meter charging cable. After some research, I found a solution, slapped a logo on it, and got exactly what I wanted.

​I bought a cosmetic/makeup bag (20 Euros) and an SW-Motech SysBag Plate Kit (40 Euros), then mounted it using the 6 screws included in the kit. I didn't use the metal part at all. Now I can easily remove and change bags with a single button press.

​Since I’m tall, the hump on the comfort seat was causing me back pain. I cut that section out and made it much more practical and comfortable for myself.

Interesting. I guess removing and re-stapling of the seat cover is not that difficult, but don't you now have a loose flap of fabric from where the hump was? Or did you need to modify the cover itself?

It's not loose or baggy; you just need to keep the fabric slightly taut while stapling. I didn't do any punching or cutting in the original fabric. I just slightly reduced the amount of foam.

I even added a layer of 3 cm long foam to make it even softer and more comfortable before closing it.
