But I´m sure poor poupou will appreciate your recommendation and tell us, couple of months later, how long they fulfilled his 40km desire.

Sorry, I did not even consider Kymco Sunboy and e-ton E-Mo being scooters. Just missing the pedals , they should have spend for the 2K€..

Ahm, yes, I do - my TW scooter has some technical advantages compared to the chinese scootersgervais hat geschrieben:....No better 45km/h scooter for even twice the price, they are all the same*.......

* I bet, there is a TW scooter owner, who does not think so

Hello to all,
Thanks a lot for all your feedback! I am always impressed to see such a quality in your answers! It is definitvly a good forum! thanks for that.
Well, today, I just saw it at ATU make baterries 12V 35AH at .... 30 € (basic batteries are 12V 38Ah)!Given the state of the situation with my roller (ie, not ready to put 400 to 500 € per year in batteries) I wonder if it could work...
So nasty and stupid questions:
- The roller will work? Less power? Equal autonomy? Because, if I understood the basic electricity, a battery 38Ah means 38A may supply ... in 1 hour (damn i am really good today in mental arithmetic) or 19A for 2 hours ... etc.. So a 35AH battery can be posting the same current than a 38Ah but during less time,or automony remains the same but with less power ... What determines whether you lose in power or autonomy?
Just for my info: 38Ah, it means 38A for 1 hour or 38A in 1 hour? That may be as jerky as a question but for me Ampere is a flow of electrons ... yes, if we take the metaphor with a cylinder, power is given by the following formulas:
Power = F * V (F = cylinder force, V = velocity of the cylinder)
Power = P * Q (Q = flow (which will give you the speed of the output shaft) and P = pressure (which will give you the strength of the shaft))
Now if you consider that in electricity, the pressure corresponding to the voltage and current to flow, the intensity is a number of electrons per second (translated in amp) ... so:
- 38A for 1 hour: it means 38 amps ("electron" per second) for 1 hour? (In this case, since there are 4 12V batteries in parallel, we have P = U *I= 48 * 38 = 1824W for 1 hour ... 1824KWh...)
-38A in 1 hour, it means you have to leave in 1hr 38A? 38/3600 = 0.01 A (electron per second) => 48 * 0.01 = 0.48 W. .. Well, I know the answer! but to be sure that I understand everything ....
- What about charging, you can keep the charger the same than 38Ah?
All the best!
Poupou

Howdy
The ATU is a starter batterie. This is a different breed than you need for your Flash.
After all I read in the forum, save your money for some lithium batteries.
bye
