Error 195 means that the DCDC converter is not sending any CAN messages.

Make sure you hear the seat-closed sound. If the magnetic switch is not engaged, the DCDC converter remains disabled. If you hear both the open and close sounds from your seat, your DCDC converter may be faulty. A red battery icon may light up above the LCD screen, if the 12V battery voltage is low and the DCDC converter is not working.

Also check that the main power wires are not short-circuited. The EVO has an issue with undersized wires in the large connector directly underneath the seat bank. This connector connects the charging connector under the seat to the main cable harness.

If there is a short circuit, the BMS will not be enabled, which means the DCDC converter will not receive the high voltage it needs to operate. This results in the same symptoms.
