Hello Sebastian, there are a lot of parameters to adjust at a Kelly Controller. Max. votltage maybe 63V, Cut off voltage maybe 42V, max batterie current, max motor current, drive with speed mode, torque mode, balanced mode. Adjust the Acc grip (Hallsensor) low speed 1V max speed 4V and so on and on. First download the Kelly manual at Kelly Controls.
I think it is better for you to wait for an used emax controller. Other thinks maybe could get a nightmare for you......

Ja Peter ein nightmare it could become.! You are right. I am used.to.fixing everything that is mechanical or basic made out of wood or metal. Electronics is another ball game.... Maybe I jave to accept defeat! Thanks for all your advice! Sebastian
