Dayi responds to e-mails.

Time to time employees change so if there is no response for longer period just write them again.
Not so long time ago I reminded myself with not-solved request and new person, Sophia, answered that previous person is no longer there and arranged new big black side panel for me from their warehouse in Netherlands + promised to try to arrange some other parts for me from China. She is very kind and polite and confirmed that Dayi will try to help solving E-Odin owners issues. Probably you will not get all your answers but at least some of them.
Also you could get parts that are not avaiable on market or only from not trusty sellers like Madatshop (yeah, he still owe me the money).
She also confirmed that 3.0 AMR motor IS encoder version, not hall version (as PCB board in motor seemed to have 6 hall sensors). I described her problems with 3.0 AMR motors and replacing factory controller with 72680b ending with impossibility to make the motor work with 72680b but I did not get any useful info, just that they lately improved it = older and newer batches differs (that explaines to me why a guy that sells Odins in USA is able to connect to bike with PC).
So do not hesitate to write them and ask them.
