Hello,
maybe the flasher relay had fallen down. There is a part of a rubber ring visable on the photo. But the part of it (around the flasher relay) seems teared and the relay is obviously not there.
The relays normaly have 3-line-connectors. The 2-line-connectors for left an right flasher lights have to be connected to lines from left handle bar. The flashing relay gets 12 V from ignition lock and give pulsed 12 V to the flasher switch in left handle bar.
