Odin 3.0S läuft nur 70 km/h

jetzt muss ich doch ein eigenes Thema aufmachen, nachdem ich gemerkt habe, dass die einzelnen Infos zur Odin 3.0 teils sehr versteckt in anderen Themen zu finden sind, und ich nicht weiter komme.

Could it be to do with the field weakening settings?

For these motors, is the way the motor picks up a speed signal (from the rotary encoder, not Hall Effect) some way not a signal getting through to make the field weakening work properly? Some adjustment of those parameters?

Or maybe the 'timing' has just gone totally out, and the motor needs a special reset to relearn the position sensors?

Or quite simply, the rotary sensor has failed? How do you test it?

Hier ist ja genau das Problem mit der Odin 3.0,
die Kommunikation mit dem Controller ist nicht möglich wie bei der Odin 2.0, auch nicht durch Hilfestellung von einige Leuten hier im Forum.
Man kann also keine Einstellung ändern und testen.
Die Hersteller der Komponenten sind unbekannt und Anfragen bei Dayi Motors, Fardriver, Lingbo... bleiben unbeantwortet.

dominik had the Same Idea. But as Zimmermänche said, we have No Connection to Look in the Controller.
I Made a reset and the Bike starts the learning process, but no big difference.
Now I try to test the encoderfunction.
If there is no success I"ll buy a fardriver nd721000b.

Der Umbau ist bestimmt auch mit viel Arbeit verbunden, da Kabelbaumanpassungen bestimmt nötig sind.

Leider meldet sich Emopedfahrer Schweiz vom anderen Thread ja auch nicht zurück.
Er hat ja, wie er schreibt, einen Fardriver Controller für die Odin 3.0 erhalten und das von Dayi selbst.
Er hatte also wohl erfolgreich Kontakt zu Dayi Motors...,
der"Umbau" auf den Fardriver Controller seiner Odin 3.0 scheint ja trotz "Unterstützung" von Dayi bisher nicht wirklich zu klappen .

I think I would go for a known controller, it has to be the right solution.

But, is this not included in a warranty with the supplier? It is <2 years?

Nachdem ich mit dem Prüfen der Encoderfunction nicht weiter gekommen bin und ich auch sonst keine Fehlfunktion feststellen kann werde ich mich nach einem neuen Controller umschauen.

Da kann man den Phasenstrom vom 72680 voll ausreizen oder könnte sogar Richtung 72890 oder 721000 schielen.

Reicht der 72680b aus? Den hat z.B. Miguello80 ja auch in seiner 6kW- AMR.

in meine E-Odin 6KW AMR habe ich einen Fardriver ND72680b Encoder Version eingebaut.
Der neue Controller konnte 1:1 ausgetauscht werden
Original war ein Nanjing Fardriver Controller: IPMSM Controller
Model: DY72V150AB_17_28A20

Was ich ja überhaupt nicht verstehe, ist dass der Controllerwechsel ohne Änderungen der Steckerbelegung funktioniert hat. Seine Belegung unterscheidet sich ja an einigen Stellen.
Den 72890b scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Der 721000b kostet fast das Doppelte. Lohnt sich das?
Mir geht es mehr um den Abzug als um Höchstgeschwindigkeit .

Ich hab in meinem Roller mit 10kW QS 13Zoll Motor einen 721800 eingebaut.
Vom vorherigen 72680 zum 721800 war ein gewaltiger Unterschied, gerade der Anzug vom Stand weg braucht Phasenstrom, gür die Geschwindigkeit reicht der 72680 auch aus.
Es wäre interessant wenn jemand bei seinen originalen Controller den Phasenstrom misst, damit man weiß wieviel Strom der liefert und ob der 72680 eventuell ein Rückschritt oder doch mehr ist.
