Re: Sunra Italia Odyssey and range problem

Hi!
I'm writing a complaint for Sunra Italia that I must send by consumer association (Altroconsumo, famous in Italy);
I have described all the situation, added all the test that I have done for Sunra and attached all the website, brochure and datasheet to proove evrithing. I'm complaining due to the fact that misleading advertising has been made and therefore the medium does not correspond to the advertised characteristics.
Now I have to request domething to Sunra Italia to remedy this whole situation; for Italian legislation (codice del consumo articolo n°130) i can request:
- termination of the contract (I cannot do it because i bought the scooter with incentive to encourage buying ecological vehicles which requiring a scrapping, and if I proceed by this way i will lost the veichle, also the "ecobonus" because I already use it and I don't have another veichle to scrap)
- replacement of all broken parts to fix the vehicle (the vehicle is not faulty, it was sold for what it's not)
- getting back some of the money spent (but to do this you have to go to court and it is expensive because of the lawyers)
- a mediation that both Sunra and I must accept
i want to to propose a mediation: I have the 48% of difference between the real range and the advertised range, I want to ask that "the equivalent of the battery warranty (1000 recharge cycles) must be extended by at least 45%, that is 1450 recharge cycles, which correspond to 87000 km considering the minimum autonomy declared at the time of the writing of this complaint by Sunra for the model in question, that is 60 km.
This extension should be applied to all components relating to warranty currently in progress, obviously wear parts such as brakes and tires remain not covered."
Do you think that this is right to ask? Is too much? I can ask something different? I'd like to know your thought
