Can you normally reproduce the security message, for example if the ignition key is set to "OFF" or "Lock" and then the scooter is moved or shaken heavily?
Or is that abnormal movement shown alert without any explanation?

Have you ever received any of the other security notifications listed in the alarm settings?

Können Sie die Sicherheitsmeldung normalerweise reproduzieren, z.B. wenn der Zündschlüssel auf "AUS" oder "Sperren" eingestellt ist und dann der Roller bewegt oder stark geschüttelt wird?

My suspicion is that Niu is trying to get the anti-theft/alarm notifications for the ECU's (pcba version 2) working like the Ngt & Npro which do get a notification in the Niu App when for example the scooter has fallen over; when the scooter vibrates; when the scooter is moved when the scooter is parked (ignition key lock in the "Off" or "Lock" position).

Today I received 2x the unauthorized movement alert in the Niu App, these were the moments when I made 2x crossings with the ferry (about 500 meters each crossing).

It is to be noted that since today the push notifications come twice, while in the Niu App only one notification is shown.


Mein Vermutung ist, dass Niu versucht, die Anti-Diebstahl-/Alarmmeldungen für die ECU's (PC-Version 2) wie die Ngt & Npro funktionieren zu lassen, die in der Niu App eine Benachrichtigung erhalten, wenn z.B. der Roller umgefallen ist, wenn der Roller vibriert, wenn der Roller bewegt wird, wenn der Roller geparkt wird (Zündschloss in der Position "Aus" oder "Schloss").

Heute habe ich 2x den unbefugten Bewegungsmelder in der Niu App erhalten, das waren die Momente, in denen ich 2x Überfahrten mit der Fähre machte (ca. 500 Meter pro Überfahrt).

Merkwürdig ist, dass seit heute die Push-Benachrichtigungen 2x kommen, während in der Niu App nur noch 1 Benachrichtigung angezeigt wird.

On the bottom i now saw a little info icon. But the table that is shown there is only in chinese, so i cannot read it

The options are indeed shown in the App on the basis of model and model year.

The matrix shows the following;
Due to the different hardware configurations of each model, the corresponding security push function will be different.
Below is a list of security push types that are supported by each model.


1st row - Satellite positioning
2nd row - Shock
3rd row - Gyroscopic change
4th row - Fallen vehicle

According to the matrix, you should be able to receive notifications of the Satellite positioning and Shock (= abnormal movement).

Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Hardwarekonfigurationen der einzelnen Modelle ist die entsprechende Sicherheitsdruckfunktion unterschiedlich.
