Re: Increase speed silence s01 49cc
I guess you mean the S01 "LS" version, limited to 45 kph. As far as I know, there were no LS versions with SEVCON motor controllers.
Basically, you are familiar how to get and set the VOTOL parameters?
We have covered this topic in detail yet.
With a S01 LS, you should have paramters like seen here:
https://www.elektroroller-forum.de/view ... 04#p384804
In this thread, all necessary and possible settings are described. Please feel free to add your questions there, not here.
In a nutshell: Changing the number of pole pairs corrects the real speed of the scooter to the displayed values. Changing the speed limits in the three driving modes is also possible, but could have legal risks (depending on the country) because it could be an unauthorized modification.

Re: Increase speed silence s01 49cc
hello. First of all, thank you for your extensive response. I tell you that I bought this cable at: https://a.aliexpress.com/_Eu28u4y But when trying to connect with the votel software, I get an error that says "abnormal connection". I have the drivers installed. greetings.

This is not the USB stick we need. How did you connnect it to the VOTOL?
You have to buy the CAN version:
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806218088271.html
and a OBD plug/cable to connect CAN-H and CAN-H. Here you find the OBD socket (as you can see it under the seat):
https://www.elektroroller-forum.de/view ... 22#p267822 - CAN-H = "CH" and CAN-L = "CL"
Here you connect to the VOTOL via Silence's CAN bus.
Maybe you have to reprogram the stick before you can connect: Many new sticks are not able to synchronize to the CAN bus speed (250kbit/s) and disturb the CAN bus, so you may get error messages, engine faults and misreadings - just disconnect and restart the scooter to get it back to life.
read https://www.elektroroller-forum.de/view ... AN#p370685 for details.

Hello,
I have ordered this:
https://a.aliexpress.com/_EQlqeWg
You think this is not compatible too?
Thanks.

Re: Increase speed silence s01 49cc
zunächst offtopic:
back on topic:
Finding the right cable for programming the VOTOL can be tricky, admittedly. But all versions that work have a clear (transparent) blue plastic housing with black tape, a USB plug and 5 screw terminals (1,2,H,L,G) and a two-pin cable connected to H and L.
All other versions (three cables, other housings or even wireless) do NOT work.
edited: @Djfumon: your first post shows the wrong, your second one links to three different versions. Check yourself which one looks best. Spoiler: there's one that may fit...
Re: Increase speed silence s01 49cc
Hello, I received the cable today and I managed to connect the software to the Votol controller.
But I have only managed to increase the speed in the 3 modes.
I would like to be able to assign a speed to each mode, for example: eco=40kmh
city=70kmh
sport=maximum speed
Also, a light came on indicating some engines error.
Thank you all for your answers.

Re: Increase speed silence s01 49cc
PAGE2 -> block "Three-speed"
As in the default settings, % are nearly the same as km/h, set the value in the left column for different modes, Low(%) = ECO, Mid(%) = CITY, Hige(%) = SPORT. You should read 31/50/50 per default, set to 40/70/100.
Read https://www.elektroroller-forum.de/view ... 80#p385080 for a full comparison of low and high speed settings.
Be aware of legal consequences. If you do so, it's on your own risk. We neither can prove that the S01 LS will behave like the HS version nor that this may not cause severe technical issues.
Watch the OBD (engine) fault, it should get off after the 5th restart. If not, and if you have any OBD diagnostic hardware (for cars etc), try to read the engine fault. I get a P1019 when it's getting cold, without any damages or loss in drive capabilites.
