Hi Martin,
congrats to your bike's improvement !
I am waiting for my 72680, also from far-driver.com, so would you be so kind and share what did you have to change in settings ? "Pause Pin: 6-PIN14" in "Functions" and then "PEnable:1" in "Product" ?
When my factory controller broke I borrowed his old 72330 from DavidSt and pinout was totaly different. As you wrote change was 1:1 so I will trust you and plug it to factory harness :)
Keep us informed how bike improves, I will let you know after I will get it all including 250A fuse and 250A circuit breaker.

Hi Martin,
I used your settings but there has to be something I am missing. Display shows 199 km/h but that is not the problem, I will handle that later.

Park button works, without it I can not spin the wheel, when I push it, I can spin the wheel. But "P" symbol is not on display as before, always "2" = "DM" in Graph section. Ok, that is result of "Gear: 1-Default D", I played with that long time ago so I know differences related to this option values. Problem is that when I change it to "Gear: 3-Default Button Low" or 4 or 5, controller stars beeping 6 times and Graph section shows "6. Alarm Protect". Manual says "Anti-theft alarm signal". Anti-theft pin is set to invalid. Seat pin is set to invalid. Please check my attached settings - rename it from PDF to MP4, it was only way how to upload video file here.

Or better way - would you be so kind and share your complete settings ?

By the way for me works CACU better than PTC - at ambient temperature should be both temperatures (controller and motor) more or less identical. CACU shows me 17/16, PTC 17/26 (I do not remember, but different temps).

Thank you !!!

Thank you hundred times !!! I am going to try it right now :)
I am afraid that new controller can have more pins active than old one had. Like when guys replaced 72330 with 72350, if I remember there was 27 vs 30 wires in harness. I will check new harness and let you know.
Looking forward to your settings.
Good night !

Hi Martin,
yesterday I tried your added setting but speed switch still does not work, when Gear value is changed to anything else than Default D, it beeps 6 times. I will try add this, at least it can solve the problem with display.

As I promised, I looked at actual wiring + wiring that came with 72680. Colors does not match, not even close.

This is colors of actual wiring = our colors (I hope you have same colors). I made it few weeks ago when I was thinking about different controller so I needed to find encoder wires. See that 7 pins is unused ? Yes, some wires splits and go to two connectors but still it makes me believe that those unused pins are for functions that our "custom" controller made for Dayi does not support.
72120.jpg
This is "wiring definition" that can be found on Aliexpress etc. As you can see, colors are totaly different from ours. And there is only one pin unused (30, do not look at free 22, it is explained in next text).
FD plug pinout.jpg
This is wiring pinout from manual downloaded from far-driver.com, totaly different from previous one. Again, colors does not match our colors. What matches is that again only one pin is unused.
far-driver.com manual pinout.jpg
This is harness picture from manual downloaded from far-driver.com. Check nr. 22, in previous picture it should be blind (no wire) but here it is 5V for diag so I guess it was forgotten to be written into previous picture.
harness from far-drver.com.jpg
I took harness that came with 72680 and it is similar to that tab from Ali (2nd picture) so I made this tab - I followed every wire to the connector and because it is easy to distinguish them I was able to describe every wire in tab. This is wiring pinout of 72680. Hope I did not mistake somewhere but I am pretty sure I did not. I also hope that this tab can help switch some options to correct pin (at least this is how I understand it works - controller can be said to take signal for specific function from specific pin).
72680.jpg
According my previous tab I corrected numbers of pins in harness picture.
72680 harness.jpg
If I will not be able make bike work properly by controller settings, there is only one way left - change the wiring.
Because as you saw on first tab, our actual 30 pin connector has 7 pins unused, it has to be replaced with 30 pin connector that came with 72680.
Then is only one options - cut off actual 30 pin controller lets say 20 cm from begining, follow every wire to every connector, put proper wires into proper (female) connectors and connect them into connector of new 30 pin connector that came with 72680 so every wire will be on proper pin of controller.
Second option would be unplug and take off complete wiring and make new one starting from new 30 pin connector, but this option would require lot of new wires (if you do not use old harness).

Damn, I thought it would be easy plug and play replacement :) :) :)
