Rekuperation (EABS) einstellen

Ich muss jetzt mal ne schöpferische Pause machen. Im Moment finde ich nichts mehr.
An der Kiste ist jeder Stecker anders als im Manual. Die Kabelfarben stimmen nicht. An jedem Stecker wird aus einem schwarzen Kabel ein grünes und aus dem roten ein schwarzes. Ich habe die Masse vom "high speed" zur Masse vom "throttle" gemessen 12,8V, zur Alarmanlage 0V, zum Cockpit 12,8V.
Die Hälfte der Kabel am Controllerstecker fehlen. ...

Habe nun als Referenz die Masse am FardriverController genommen. Falls am Gangwähler die Masse wirklich nicht stimmt könnte das ja der Fehler sein.

First one is the first turning on borrowed 72330 as temporary replacement for faulty factory 72400 - "0" instead of gear on display, bike did not react to throttle.
I was prepared to set up controller's setting but second video is proof that BT adapter was not working/powered.
Third is measuring - looking for 5V on pins 22 and 29 or anything on pin 30. Pin 15 and 16 were veryfied as ground. but as you can see from second video, adapter was not powered. I thought that controller activates that 5V pin only when there is draft (when adapter pulls amps) but no success.

What did I do ? Well, I did not loose time with PC and USB cable and replaced borrowed 72330 with new 72400 from Dayi, everything worked - after I take off new left switch from Madatshop with faulty P button and installed original switch...

I compared 72330 and 72400 and 72680, there are significant differences in pinouts.

Later I put in 72680, set up controller and put some km on it before winter came.

Also liegt es wie vermutet an der Parametrierung- nur blöd, wenn Du in Deinen Controller nicht rein kommst.

To be more specific - I could not get it connected because BT adapter was not powered.
One important thing to mention - 72330 is hall version, factory 72400 is encoder version. Also my new 72680 I ordered as encoder version. Man would think that there will be only some internal difference but according tabs I posted earlier the pinouts are different too.

Maybe I can get communication by FT232RL? If this don`t work I have to change fardriver. Which one to choose?

Der neue Controller konnte 1:1 gegen den DY72V150A ausgetauscht werden, lediglich 4 Schrauben M6x30mm waren zusätzlich nötig (weil die lamellierte Kühlplatte vom ND72530 deutlich dicker ist, als vom alten Controller). Außerdem musste das alte Bluetooth-Modul gegen das mitgelieferte, neue Teil ausgetauscht werden (weil sonst die App bei manchen Parametern gemeckert hatte).

Dann sollte ich wohl schnellstmöglich den ND72530 bestellen?

No, faulty switch was just and coincidence, if controller fit to motor and harness, I would get "P" on display. I was pretty sure that hall sensor version controller will not work with encoder version motor but I tried it anyway. Sometimes to try a wrong way is a path to prove that it really is the wrong way
For FT232RL you need the same wires (without 5V) as for bluetooth dongle so it will not help you.
I would recommend you to buy 72530 with wiring harness and change it, it is not hard, one part goes to cockpit, one to the motor and kickstand and one to the back part of bike. But be prepared, maybe it will not be so plug and play, with 72680 I got much shorter harness than it is in bike from factory so I would have to track every wire to switch, lights etc., label it and then cut, add an connector and connect to controller. But as I said, it is not hard or impossible.

Ich wundere mich nur, dass mein Originalcontroller die gleichen Probleme macht. Ich finde kein BW5V, kein RXD, kein TXD und habe statt des "P" eine "0" auf der Ganganzeige.

So, wie @jeff-jordan den Controllertausch geschildert hat ist das mit dem Ersetzen des Fardrivers getan? Ich habe teils komplett andere Stecker und Kabelverläufe als im Manual und keine Lust den halben Kabelbaum zu ersetzen.

Ich habe "G12" ; jeff-Jordan hat "G13". Ich hoffe, da gibt es nicht zu viele Änderungen! Nachdem jeff-jordan den ND72530- Kabelbaum noch rumliegen hat ist der Original-Kabelbaum ja noch in der Odin!?

Danke, ND72530 ist bestellt. Übrigens gibt´s ihn mit Bluetooth und Versand für 236,51€ + Zoll und EUSt momentan bei Aliexpress.
