Bremsen E Abs

Ich habe zwar jetzt extra einen Beitrag geöffnet wegen der Reku-Geschichte. Aber vielleicht liest das hier jemand eher... Ich suche bei mir vergeblich das Kabel für die Controllerprogrammierung (4-poliger, kleiner runder Stecker, female). Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen? Muss ich vielleich dazu an den Controller ran?

Hi guys,
I have spent hours and hours on Internet looking for new brake discs - not those from Dayi, I would prefer some well known brand like EBC etc.
My thinking is simple - I believe that everything on E-Odin is a copy of part for some motorcycle like Honda etc., I do not believe that Dayi would hire engineers and developed its own parts so my goal was to find brake discs for any common bike like Ninja etc. that fits on E-Odin.
We all know that e-shops and online catalogues uses standard system for spare parts - choose manufacturer, type, engine etc. and of course our bike is not there so I measured (front) disc and started a hunt.
So far I have found only one disc that seems to fit on E-Odin is disc for SUZUKI VL1500 LC (Intruder 1999-2001 or newer Boulevard)
There are many other discs for this bike, depends on the year, some of them are only 290 mm.

Dimensions seems to fit - Brake disc rotor size OD:300mm, ID:100mm, thickness:5mm, number of holes:5, bolt pattern:120mm, hole size:10.5mm.
Only that hole size can be a little bit problem as I believe that factory bolts on E-Odin are 8 mm with 10 mm head but I believe that this dimension 10.5mm is for head and not for hole and bolts 10.5mm/8 mm should not be problem to buy.

Or NG348 and NG1898.
They should be "hole size:8.5mm", that makes sense.
Now I have to find some shop that has some of these discs on stock and measure it by myself. But for now I am exhausted. New Google´s searching algorithm is almost uselles.
If anybody is able to check these discs and confirm that they fit, I will happily give them all credits and glory

das Thema bin ich vor einiger Zeit auch schon angegangen, leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich hatte damals auch die Bremsen gemessen und online leider nicht wirklich was passendes gefunden (Stunden mit Suchen verbracht).
Ich habe dann unter anderem mit den Maßen bei den hier bekannten Herstellern TRW /ZF und Brembo angefragt und überall die Antwort erhalten, dass sie nichts vergleichbares im Sortiment haben.

Hier noch die Skizzen ( Schmierblätter) meiner damaligen Messung .
Der Lochdurchmesser 10,5 ist auch bei unseren Bremsscheiben da die M8er Schrauben einen “Schaftzapfen“ hinten von ca. 9,mm hatten wenn ich mich richtig erinnere.
Die Scheibe ist allerdings nur 4 mm dick.

Nal ne andere Frage, ihr sprecht immer von zusammen bremsenden Scheiben, also Vorn/Hinten. Das ist wohl dieses berüchtigte CBS combined break system welches auch bei mir in der COC steht.

Kann es sein das meine Odin (Z-Odin) das gar nicht hat? Wenn ich hinten bremse, tut sich vorn gar nix. Ich hatte auch mal irgendwo hier im Forum ein Bild von einem Bremskraftverteiler gesehen, den hab ich aber bei mir auch nicht gefunden.

Ist das überhaupt zulässig mit der Zulassung?

Ja das ganze sieht dann so aus wie auf diesen Bildern.
Bei den Vorgängern waren war wohl die hintere Bremse extra und vorne wurden zwei Scheiben mit der Vorderradbremse betätigt. Ist irgendwo hier im Forum auch schon erklärt (ich glaube sogar auch hier ein paar Seiten vorher).

Die Ersatzbremsanlage für hinten habe ich mir geholt, da mein hinterer Bremssattel nicht ganz dicht war. Hab den Sattel dann gewechselt und den alten Sattel dann neu abgedichtet (Zwei O-Ringe zwischen den Hälften).

Es ist im Moment problematisch einzelne Bremsgriffe zu bekommen. Ich habe mehrere ausprobiert und auch was passendes gefunden. Er kommt dem Original ziemlich nahe und er passt. Ich habe aber nur den linken erneuert.

Hi, thanks for that link, interesting, especially how two discs with same design can differ...
It seems that Jeff with "older" brakes (with red buttons) has no problem with 300mm disc but you with "newer" brakes can not use them. I have same brakes like you and as I checked it out, really, there is very very small gap between disc and caliper, have to measure it precisely, but it is not more than 1-1,5 mm (it seems that it should be enough but we know that it is a risk).
As I wrote, I believe that these discs are copies of something that already exists on some bike. TRW and Brembo are not the only one manufacturers, there is NG, EBC etc. so I do not surrender But right now I am pretty busy so I have no time for searching or contact manufacturers but it will come - after installing recently purchased 2" bi-led headlights

I had few minutes to think about (front) brakes. I still prefer well known brands than that Chinese unknown that was able to bend warp after few hundreds km + I do not want to be dependent on one Czech, one German, one Polish and one Portugal shops that can stop selling spare parts anytime soon (and I do not see raising Dayimotor as a brand in Europe).
What is the problem ? We can find brake discs with 5 mounting holes and other dimensions that fit but 300 mm is too much for "newer" brakes.
Solution 1: Brake disc is made in one piece, solid, not layered, not different core and surface, so gentle grinding its edge will not harm it (I discussed it with some moto mechanics, possible rust on the edge will not eat it).
Solution 2: Brake calipers are mounted on BRACKETS. So why not to take them out, measure and make new with outer holes slightly (2-3 mm) more out of center so 300 mm disc will not be a problem ?

I will be celebrating 31st December with a friend that works with CNC machines (and programes it, also 3D) so I will ask him.
I'm not used to putting up with things that aren't as they should be when I can improve them.
