The BMS communication error also occurs with the indiegogo M+(Sport). Whether the BMS communicating error is false alarm I would not know, but for the indiegogo M+ (Sport) this has been reported to Niu since January and so far no solution. Strikingly enough, this BMS communication error occurs mainly in the 48Volt platform and especially in the newer models from mid-2018 (the U & M+).

With this Niu explanation I do not agree, my experience is that the BMS communication error appears in the App when the scooter is parked, the ignition key is set to "Off" or "Lock", the main battery is connected, and after about an hour and a half the BMS communication error occurs.


Der BMS-Kommunikationsfehler tritt auch beim indiegogo M+(Sport) auf. Ob der BMS-Kommunikationsfehler ein Fehlalarm ist, würde ich nicht wissen, aber für das indiegogo M+ (Sport) wurde dies seit Januar an Niu gemeldet und bisher keine Lösung. Auffallend ist, dass dieser BMS-Kommunikationsfehler hauptsächlich in der 48-Volt-Plattform und insbesondere in den neueren Modellen ab Mitte 2018 (dem U & M+) auftritt.

Mit dieser Niu-Erklärung stimme ich nicht überein, meine Erfahrung ist, dass der BMS-Kommunikationsfehler in der App erscheint, wenn der Roller geparkt ist, der Zündschlüssel auf "Aus" oder "Schloss" eingestellt ist, die Hauptbatterie angeschlossen ist und nach etwa anderthalb Stunden der BMS-Kommunikationsfehler auftritt.
