Presale Niu NQi GTS Sport 3.099€ statt 3.599€ von 12.3 bis 15.5

Hallo,

ich habe mir den GTS nun auch vorbestellt, bin allerdings etwas skeptisch wegen der Sitzhöhe von 815mm.
Ich selbst bin leider nur 1,70m groß und habe Bedenken, dass er mir zu hoch sein könnte.
Leider konnte ich bisher nur den kleineren NIU probefahren, mein Händler hatte den NGT nicht und der GTS war noch nicht fahrbereit.
Dies wird generell mein erster Roller, hat hier jemand Erfahrungen mit der Sitzhöhe? Ich werde heute noch diverse andere Roller mit ähnlicher Sitzhöhe probieren und ggf. probefahren um zu sehen welche maximale Höhe möglich wäre.

Welchen meinst du denn mit "dem kleineren Niu"?
Wenn das irgendein N-Modell war, dann hatte der die gleiche Sitzposition wie der NGT '19.
Hier in den Specs steht, dass der NQi GTS 25mm mehr Sitzhöhe hat, als der GT.

Das sollte man merken, ja. Aber es wird nicht den Unterschied zwischen "passt mir gut" und "passt mir gar nicht" ausmachen.

Es war soweit ich weiß ein NQi Sport, der hätte dann nur eine Sitzhöhe von 740mm - das wäre dann schon ein merkbarer Unterschied.
Ich werde versuchen den GTS noch vor Mitte Juni probezufahren, sicher ist sicher.

Tatsächlich, da hast du recht.

Die normalen N-Modelle haben 740mm Sitzhöhe, der N-Pro hat 780mm, der neue (und wahrscheinlich auch der alte) GT haben 790mm und der GTS 815mm.
Das ist natürlich ein beachtlicher Unterschied.

Letztendlich gilt aber immer noch: So ein Roller wiegt eh nichts (im Vergleich zu Motorrädern), und im Stand sorgt der niedrige Schwerpunkt dafür, dass man den Roller sehr leicht auch auf einem Bein händeln kann.

Ich habe mal vorbestellt und hoffe, dass bis dahin mein Favorit (Super Soco CPX zum moderaten Vorbestellertarif) erhältlich ist.

Die Sitzhöhe lt. techn. Daten ist nur ein Richtwert.

Im Fahrbetrieb sitzt Du ja mit Deinem Gewicht da drauf und der Roller federt ein.

Also je weicher des Fahrwerk eingestellt ist, je mehr Du wiegst und je weniger Luft in den Reifen ist, um so niedriger sitzt Du.

Wo steht auf der Niu Presale Seite, dass ich beim Storno bis 15.6. meine 100€ zurückerhalten?

Ich finde nur diese nicht aktualisierten Konditionen in der Widerrufsbelehrung (https://niu-presale.com/28508028988/pol ... ?locale=de) und den AGB:

„ CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PRE-SALE NQiGTS SPORT

1 Participation
(1) NIU is the organizer of the online pre-sale.
(2) Eligible to participate are persons of full age.
(3) To participate, customers need to pay a refundable deposit of 100EUR (or local currency equivalent) on our special pre-sale website niu-presale.com between March 9th and March 31st, 2020 to reserve their right on the special pre-sale discount.
(4) At the time of deposit down-payment, the customer needs to make a choice of scooter model, color and pick up store. This choice can not be changed anymore after payment.
2 Implementation and processing
(1) Participants will be notified by April 15th 2020 with an estimated arrival date of their purchase at the selected dealer.
(2) If the participant does not pick up her/his scooter 30 days after its announced arrival at the pick-up store, she/he automatically revokes their right on the pre-sale conditions and the pick-up store is allowed to sell the scooter to another customer and paid deposit cannot be claimed back.

3 Premature termination of the pre-sale

The official deadline for participation is 31st March 2020 at 23:59 hrs.
4 Data protection
NIU undertakes to observe the statutory provisions on data protection.
In order to guarantee a smooth order and delivery of the vehicle, NIU will share the personal data of the customer to it’s distributing partner and their store(s) in the country of participation, all according to our Privacy Policy.
5 Miscellaneous
(1) Legal recourse is excluded.
(2) Chinese law is exclusively applicable.
(3) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.
(4) These terms of use can be changed at any time by NIU without separate notification.
