i would put a new battery 60 Volts and then set parameters via software to the controller that Is programmed for 48 Volts...infactly i Need firstly a software firmware for modify my e-max scooter

There ist no Software for the proud-eagle Controller. You need the setting Box. I think 60V nominal voltage is too high for the controller.
