Battery problem Mangosteen M1

Hi.
Im writing in english since my German is not very good.
My Mangosteen M1 didnt want to start and the battery shows only 45 volt (should be atleast 60) the charger indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Has anyone else experienced this? I will try to measure the voltage while the charger is connected, im hoping its just a bad charger

I got a similar issue, but in my case i reacted when max reached 54V and light gives green just like yours, just by changing my loader. afterwards it took 10-12 cycles to slowly build up again the 66/67 V max.
Try another loader. When U are lucky, this solves your problem. Otherwise it is an issue of Battery-Pack and/or BMS and then u got a real problem. the 15€ surely wont hurt as much as a defekt powerpack, for sure.
