Hallsensor Spannung wird abgeschaltet

Hallo zusammen,

ich hab eine E-Odin 2.0. Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Meine Maschine schaltet den Motorenstrang aufgrund eines Hallsensor-Fehlers aus. Das habe ich gecheckt und die Hallsensorik einmal mit dem Oszilloskop beobachtet. Es passiert nicht beständig. Ich habe mal ein Video gemacht, vielleicht habt ihr eine Idee, ich fände es toll die Maschine wieder beständig ans fahren zu bekommen.

Der Vorbesitzer hat wohl schon einige Verbindungen gefixt und bearbeitet. Ich habe Insgesamt bisher 3 Stecker ausgetauscht die alle auch fehlerhaft wäre und bin jetzt an dem Punkt, dass die Maschine dies selbst wegschaltet. Es ist auch so, dass die Maschine selbst den Motor einer E-Odin 3 drin hat und auch einen Controller von dieser.

Ich kann euch nur sagen, sie lief als ich sie holte, vielleicht habt ihr aber eine Idee. Ein bisschen komisch ist, Ich habe auf vier Kabeln dieses Signal entsprechend dieser Bauart. Vielleicht sind auch Masse oder + schlecht. Ich bin auf eure Einschätzung gespannt. Entschuldigt bitte, wenn ich noch nicht alle Informationen bereit gestellt habe, ich würde die auch nachmessen, wenn ihr wollt.

Tell me if it is this symptom; you accelerate very gently maybe in '1' and it will pull away. You put more power on and at some level of power, the motor cuts out and gives an error on the dash.

Almost as soon as it stops, the error ends, and it is ready to accelerate off again.

If it is this fault, then I believe every 2.0 made will eventually suffer this. This fault is rust in the magnets that then swell, contact the stator, rub and overheat, and therefore demagnetise. With demagnetised parts of the magnets, and without the magnetic field correctly signalling the sensors, the Hall sensors appear inoperative.

If it is not that, then it is not yet that!
