M+ Alarm system responds moderately or not at all.

Since yesterday, when Niu contacted me, there have been changes / improvements. Suspect that the ECU template file has been remotely modified, and possibly tested on my ECU.
I notice that the alarm notifications can be seen in the App again, I haven't seen the push-notification yet.
Be patient, maybe today yours will be updated remotely as well.

Seit gestern, als Niu mich kontaktierte, gab es Änderungen / Verbesserungen. Verdacht, dass die ECU-Template-Datei aus der Ferne geändert und möglicherweise auf meinem ECU getestet wurde.
Ich stelle fest, dass die Alarmmeldungen wieder in der App zu sehen sind, ich habe die Push-Meldung noch nicht gesehen.
Haben Sie Geduld, vielleicht wird heute auch Ihre Version aus der Ferne aktualisiert.

I come to almost the same conclusions now.. see the ecu upgrade topic..
but the bms error is also of influence; no alarm messages at all..

something happened.. since an hour I suddenly got a bms push notification in my iphone homescreen! before only in the error section of the app..
tried tilting the scooter and an illegal movement push notification arrived! only one though, but improvement!
i then locked the scooter, but then still only the scooter alarm and no tilting notifications..

anyone experiencing the same?

Ja, bei meinem NPro ist das auch so: Nachrichten bekomme ich nur auf's Smartphone wenn der Alarm ausgeschaltet ist.

Since last week I receive push notifications again, these were not shown anymore since the ECU change.
My experience is that when tilting the scooter shows a tilt notification, unfortunately I do not know what the relevant push notification description is, I will test this tomorrow.

The physical alarm is (still) very difficult to set off for mine, almost only when the ignition key is switched to the "On" position, but this does not result in (push) notification in the App.

Seit letzter Woche erhalte ich wieder Push-Benachrichtigungen, diese wurden seit dem ECU-Wechsel nicht mehr angezeigt.
Meine Erfahrung ist, dass beim Kippen des Rollers eine Kippmeldung angezeigt wird, leider weiß ich nicht, was die entsprechende Push-Benachrichtigung ist, ich werde dies morgen testen.
Hast du beim Kippen des Rollers den Roller auf dem Boden auf seiner Seite abgelegt?

ive never had any push notifications before.. well.. only the gps ones when the dealer took the scooter with him in his van..
so now push notifications of alarms and bms errors show up.. judging the fact you had them before, and now already since a week, niu might be looking at problems of individuals?!? or problems on their servers?

no i just tilt the scooter a bit on the central stand and the 'drop it' softly which normally triggers the physical scooter alarm. but then again i had a new alarm fitted by niu in the past with the not responding alarm problems back then..

Ich hatte noch nie Push-Benachrichtigungen. Nun, nur die GPS-Benachrichtigungen, als der Händler den Roller in seinem Van mitnahm.
So, jetzt werden Push-Benachrichtigungen zu Alarmen und BMS-Fehlern angezeigt. Vielleicht Überprüfen Sie, ob Sie diese bereits hatten. oder Probleme auf ihren Servern?

nein ich kippe den roller nur ein wenig auf den zentralen stand und lasse ihn leise fallen, was normalerweise den physischen rolleralarm auslöst. aber dann wieder hatte ich einen neuen Alarm von niu in der Vergangenheit mit den nicht reagierenden Alarmproblemen damals ausgestattet.

The BMS communication error message comes sporadically as a push notification, but the alert still appears in the App.
Would Niu have solved this in the MQi+ series?

Die Fehlermeldung der BMS-Kommunikation erfolgt sporadisch als Push-Benachrichtigung, aber der Alarm erscheint weiterhin in der App.
Hätte Niu das in der MQi+ Serie gelöst?

Besides, the (physical) alarm module still performs poorly on mine.
According to my dealer, I am the only (Niu) customer who complains about this, but he does not want to convince me that I am wrong, by doing a comparison test with his demo models.

Außerdem ist das (physische) Alarmmodul bei mir immer noch schlecht.
Laut meinem Händler bin ich der einzige (Niu-)Kunde, der sich darüber beschwert, aber er will mich nicht davon überzeugen, dass ich mich irre, indem er einen Vergleichstest mit seinen Demomodellen durchführt.

yes I do! at least when the scooter alarm is not activated.. havent tested it lately when the alarm is activated.. maybe they fixed that too..

ja, den bekomme ich! Zumindest wenn der Roller-Alarm nicht aktiviert ist. Habe es in letzter Zeit nicht getestet, als der Alarm aktiviert ist. Vielleicht haben sie das auch behoben.Ich werde es morgen versuchen .. bms fehler sind noch da ..
