Somit auch von hier die Frage nach der NIU Mail.

Was meinst Du mit NIU Mail? Dein Händler muss sich an KSR wenden.

Hat hier überhaupt einer einen M+ mit der Firmware TRA01C19 ohne diese beiden Probleme?

Meine Mail hatte ich über die Homepage von NIU an germany@niu.com geschickt. Die Antwort kam von KSR (warranty@ksr-group.com)

Ok vorallem da ich seit 2 Tagen dass Problem habe das der Akkustand in der App immer 0Prozent beträgt....
Ich dachte erst meine eigene Homeapp (anderer Thread) wäre falsch.

Also mal wieder händler anrufen?

Ich halte da mal fest: Alarm wird nicht ausgelöst/ gemeldet u. BMS Kommunikations Fehler! Und das bei nem Niu Sport aus 3.19.

Do I understand from your post, that the N1S (model year 2018), except for the known defect of no notification of the alarm system transmitted/received, also displays the BMS communication error on a regular basis.

Which (ECU) firmware version is installed?

Habe ich aus Ihrer Nachricht verstanden, dass das N1S ( Modelljahr 2018), abgesehen von dem bekannten Fehler, dass keine Benachrichtigung über die gesendete/empfangene Alarmanlage erfolgt, auch regelmäßig den BMS-Kommunikationsfehler anzeigt.

It is the modell N Sport buyed at the end of Juli 2019. I think, the offered funtionality of the security system was the same as now!

Es ist das Modell N Sport gekauft Ende Juli 2019. Ich denke, die angebotenen Sicherheitsfunktionen sind die gleichen wie jetzt beworben!

Ups... Wie du sehen kannst, existier die Funktion "Alarm bei Kreiselveränderungen" und "Fahrzeug ( Schupsen?)" NICHT für den N 1S ; M; N!

That overview shows exactly that the functionality depends on hardware, also that the 2018 M-series & N-series have the same ECU model. However, it is shameful that even the 2 anti-theft detection (GPS displacement & Gyroscope vibration) do not even work.

Diese Übersicht zeigt genau, dass die Funktionalität von der Hardware abhängt, auch dass die 2018er M-Serie & N-Serie das gleiche ECU-Modell haben. Es ist jedoch beschämend, dass selbst die 2 Diebstahlsicherungen (GPS-Verschiebung & Gyroskop-Vibration) nicht einmal funktionieren.
