Re: Tromox Mino
Can't change, they return back after reboot. "disable speed limit change" - with 72152 controller I can't change both "Speed Limit" settings, they are inactive. Also, inactive "Motor Direction Setting". But I can change the FOC file, import, download and controller save these settings.
Now I think that your controller use other numbers for offset 001Ch and 001Dh. That's why we have different LB GUI screenshots.
Mino - 7F A0
72152 - 77 20
to unlock all LB GUI settings they have to be:
FF A0

Re: Tromox Mino
I have a new controller, it is suposed to be the Lingbo 72122 HK3A. Attached you will find the standard settings. And the FOC file. Do you know what Motor BEMF constant is? I cannot change it in the Lingbo software. I will try to decode the FOC file.

Re: Tromox Mino
Motor BEMF Constant - back EMF constant (Ke).
The value Ke is often expressed in SI units volt–seconds per radian (V⋅s/rad), thus it is an inverse measure of Kv. Sometimes it is expressed in non SI units volts per kilorevolution per minute (V/krpm).
Ke = V peak / ω no-load = 1 / Kv
It looks like LB GUI display Ke in V/krpm. Max phase voltage will be about 72V * 0.9 = 64.8V. Ke = 64.8 *1000 / 750 = 86.4 (V/krpm)

The FOC file do nothing with the speed limit. The only difference in your 072122 FOC file with the Tromox Mino FOC file are offset 001Ch:
072122: FF 80
Tromox Mino: 7F A0
FF (bit 8 = 1, activation "Throttle Upper/Lower Limit")
80 (bit 6 = 0, Motor BEMF Constant)
and current 072122 controller LB GUI settings.

Thanks for the info. I have not found time yet to test the new controller. I am not sure whether it will work. Hopefully the old wiring harness will work.

Re: Tromox Mino
I have changed the Lingbo Controller to the 72122 HK3A. Set the Max RPM to 3000 and now can ride up to 55 km/h (S-Mode) 45 km/h (E-Mode). Unfortunately the display does not show the speed. Also the stand switch does not work. All other functions work perfectly.

I think, in order to Tri-speed settings work properly, you need measure/calculate the motor max RPM without load, with fresh charged battery, and set measured value into the "Motor Max RPM".
The stand switch does not work at all, or not displayed on the dashboard, but lock the throttle?

Side stand is not such a problem. The display did not show the „P“ and I did not have to press the button to drive. All other functions worked except the display does not show the speed, all other parameters are shown. I calculated the theoretical speed related to RPM. I could increase the Max RPM and also the high speed percentage which now is 110 %. Maybe 120 % and 3300 RPM will even further increase the speed. I did a GPS measuremnet with my settings and reached max. 57 km/h. The speedometer has about 10 % lead. So maybe 62 km/h would be shown if the display were able to do so. Do you see a chance to get the speed into the display?
