Der E-Max 110s ist ja dein Zweitroller. Brauchst neue Batterien und einen neuen Controller. Stellt sich die Frage, ob sich das rechnet, lohnt. Die Batterien müssen zyklenfest sein. In Deutschland würde ich Multipower MP50-12c nehmen. Controller könntest Du einen 48V Kelly oder einen 48V Sabvoton Sinuscontroller einbauen. Mit 12V müßtest Du noch die MSU Managementsystemunit mit integriertem DC DC Wandler anstossen - weder der Kelly noch der Sabvoton geben 12V heraus wie es der Originalcontroller macht.

Der e Max hat aber kein.DC Motor gel? Sondern AC drei Phasen gel? Welcher sabvoton. 48v würdest Du nehmen? Es.sind viele aufgezeichnet . Sebastian

Hello Sebastian, I think the SVMC48V100A are the best - 50A normaly and 100A with boost. The circut diagram of the emax ist not easy. The emax controller work together with the MSU management system unit with integrated DC DC 48V to 12V. The emax controller has a 12V output with low current to start the MSU. Kelly and Sabvoton doesn't have it. You must be a good electrician to handle it. Maybe it easier for you to wait and get a used one at ebay.uk.
Yes, of course the emax motor is a bldc (brushless dc) motor with hallsensors and works with a controller.

You speak good english ! Ich habe die drei Output Terminals geprüft bei meinem funktionierenden Roller. Es kommt wechselstrom kein gleich Strom.... Wie kann es ein DC Motor sein?

It is a 3 phase brushless dc motor with 120° angel. A controller is not a frequency converter. 72V and 37V cut off voltage seems to be okay. I think you need a seperatly DC DC 48V to 12V converter for the MSU (is to be modified) so the speedo meter will work.
The Q3 from the MSU is to be unsolder and a bridge over the 5W120Ohm resistor is to do. I would take a 48V 4,5kW Kelly. You can set the parameter with a PC and you have 2 years warranty..
