Interessantes Thema.

Re: [EVO,100,R] CAN/ECU Bus Reverse Engineering (Roller + Batterie)
I have an EVO which has done almost 16.000km on the 2 original batteries. Now I have problems with charging the batteries and I am not sure what exactly is causing the problem. The charger remains constant green when I plug in battery/batteries. The indicator on the batteries blink but charger does not switch to red light which signals charging. If I unplug the battery while charger is still turned on then the green light flashes so the charger sees that the battery/batteries are removed. I dont think it is likely that both batteries should have become faulty at the same time so I lean towards the charger being faulty but since it is caked is some form of silicone it is a nightmare to do more than just basic troubleshooting.zock3r1608 hat geschrieben: Mi 25. thats no problem.
If you have basic electronic skills:
Just buy a LilyGo T-CAN485 and a Honda 6 Pin diag plug from AliExpress or eBay and flash my firmware onto it: https://git.0-c.de/Crash_Override/NIU_C ... eryChecker
I am working on a One-Click flashing solution but it is not ready yet. So follow instructions on git.
Then you can charge your batteries with the 3rd party charger. I recommend to open your charger up and limit the voltage to 82,6V, to have some headroom to max voltage of the cells. There are often small potentiometers on the control PCB.
Otherwise I have one T-CAN and a Diag lead left, I can ship you.
Do not exceed 10 Amps of charging current if you use the original socket. You can go up to 20Amps charge current (I tested so far) but with a dedicated charging lead connected to the FOC. https://elektroroller-forum.de/viewtopi ... 39#p364739
I get battery circuit error when running diagnostic from app, but I can activate scooter and wheel spins when I use the throttle.
I would like to buy your solution for charging with 3rd party charger as that is a fairly resonable solution in terms of cost and I am not willing to invest 2.000 EUR in original charger as my EVO is 3 years old and batteries are fairly used. I work as an IT Tech so I have fairly good electronics skills. I write in English as my German is very rusty.
Do you have a pre-flashed card with housing and diagnostic lead in stock I can purchase from you?
I live in Denmark, so Eu shipping is no problem.

Hi,
Yes, I checked. One NIU plug is still there; I just need to make the cables and print another case, then I can ship it to you.
